Ebooks are instant digital downloads and cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are only offered in the case of a double purchase. To request a refund, please contact me.

Paperbacks

If you receive a damaged or defective book, I’m happy to refund your order, including shipping costs, or send you a replacement book with free shipping. Refunds are only given if I’m notified within seven days of receiving confirmation that your books have been delivered (according to the order’s tracking information).

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact me with the subject “Returns.” Please include your name, order number, the reason for your return, and one or more photographs of the faulty or damaged book, if applicable. Your request will be reviewed within seven business days. If your return is approved, you’ll either receive either a full refund or a replacement book, whichever you prefer. If you choose a refund, please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since I approved your refund, please contact me.
