Ebooks are delivered instantly and for free by my delivery partner, BookFunnel. Ebooks are sent to the email address you provide during checkout. They are also added to your BookFunnel library and can be downloaded anytime. Your BookFunnel library is associated with the email address you provide during checkout.
For tax purposes, I only sell ebooks to customers with billing addresses in Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers with billing addresses in different countries are encouraged to buy my books on Amazon, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, or Google Play.
Paperbacks
Paperbacks are printed on demand by Bookvault and are shipped via your choice of shipping method to the shipping address you provide during checkout. I am not liable if you provide inaccurate/incomplete shipping information and do not receive your books.
At present, I only ship paperbacks to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers who live in other countries are encouraged to purchase my paperback books on Amazon.

How do I read my ebooks? BookFunnel makes it easy to read your ebooks on any device. Just click the download link in your BookFunnel email and follow the instructions. If you need any help, contact BookFunnel’s technical support team at help@bookfunnel.com.
What if I can’t find my BookFunnel email? If you don’t see an email from BookFunnel within ten minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, please contact me.
What if I can’t access my BookFunnel library? If you sign into your BookFunnel library and do not see your ebooks within ten minutes, please contact me.
Is shipping tracked? Yes, I only offer shipping methods that include tracking. Once I have submitted your order to Bookvault, I will update your order with a tracking number you can use to track your package.
My tracking info says my package is in Secaucus, New Jersey. What does that mean? This happens when a U.S.-bound book is printed at Bookvault’s facility in the United Kingdom. If you see “Secaucus” in your tracking info, then your book has been printed and is on its way to the U.S. Your tracking information will be updated when USPS receives the package.
